History Of Our Beauty Schools in Cincinnati
In 1963, Mr. Carlo Hornsby purchased Milton Academy with a dream of educating all phases of Cosmetology students, Esthetics and Nail Care Specialist.
He renamed Milton Academy, Western Hills School of Beauty & Hair Design. In 1968, he went forth with the Marinello Cosmetology School and it became Eastern Hills Academy of Hair Design. In 1999, Mr. H. ventured into an additional location to Western Hills, and named it Tri County Beauty College.
Our focus on education has always been of the most primary concern. Our staff has training sessions every 6 months with additional classes on an ongoing basis to keep their skills the best they can be. Our students are trained theoretically and practically in the student salon offering a wide variety of Clinical services to include Micro-dermabrasion.
In addition to the Cosmetology program, Esthetics program and Nail program, we also offer a program which is a combination of Skin Care and Nail Care. We are constantly striving through continuing education to give quality services and prepare the students to obtain a license in their chosen field, Cosmetology, Skin Care and Nail Care.
With a strong background in salon services and good business practices our students go onto run, operate, and manage many of the upscale salons in the Tri-State area.
